“Farming by the purest standards - far beyond organic.”

Organic compromises made by FDA & USDA organic that should not be.
We sure wont make em'!

Allowance of chlorine - they use it rinse fresh produce and to clean and sanitize.
- Issues: Chlorine is a toxin. Yes "they" say it is good and kills germs, yes it's in our city drinking water, yes it's in our swimming pools and hot tubs, but it shouldn't be and gosh darn it if it needs to contaminate our food as well. chlorine may need to be in such things as city water because there are so many pathogens in it to begin with but one ore the other should be commonsense enough to tell you either way not to drink it.
-
Safe Alternatives: Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide to desanities.
- If your in the city move. Move to the country where you can have all the benefits of well water and none of the detriments of city water. If moving is not an option you could get a full house water purification system instead but I honestly don't see it being able to completely purify the city water as screwed up as it has been allowed to become. *see fluoride - chlorine - heavy metals - city water topics on infoexposed.com

Fertilization with manure from conventionally raised animals
-
Issues: Just think how much chemical fertilizer, poisons pesticide, and other toxic substances are used in conventional farming that is no less harmful just because it disguised in all that **** (pun intended). The point is to keep these harmful elements out of the food but then "they" go and say sure you can use conventional (toxic) feces. If you think there's not much harm done, or that it can't be that bad, or that the plants don't really absorb any of that, or that it is not destructive to the soil ecology which inadvertently lowers the nutrient value of the plant as well as being absorbed by the plant (as stated)... If you don't see or "believe" any of this then I'm sorry to say but that would be naive.
-
Safe Alternative: Use compost material that you know is pure

Organic Beer - They allow conventional hops to be used to make it.
