Sorry my specimens are not so good of the plants I took pictures of. They were picked at my grandparents and then about 24 hours later (not being put in water) I finally got to photographing them after first trying for several hours to identify them.

Images below were taken by me...

Image below came from google images...

The leaf is jagged and spade shaped.
The leaf appears to have characteristics like a "wild cherry tree" leaf
The berries usually have 7 or 8 (sometimes more or less depending on size) dark brown seeds that are kind of ying/yang shaped.

I really couldn't find any

The berries have usually 3 or 4 (sometimes more or less) small tear/water drop shaped yellowish/tanish seeds.

The leaf is jaged and spade shapped.
The configuration of the barries appears to have characteristics like a "bayberry" plant but the leaves don't have the same characteristics.

The berries usually have 5 or 6 (sometimes more or less) deep maroon colored seeds that are sort of like quarted split peas, like a ball/sphere that was quartered,. (cut into half then the two halves cut in half again)
