- Will value it at a lower value then it is worth
(usually at 100.00 or less, to keep the taxes very low)
- Will give general description "Painting Equipment & Parts" (paintball, gun, marker, full auto, etc. is not mentioned)
- Will send in personal name (Dave Engels), not in company name
- Will not include invoice showing actual value or prices
- Will remove the retail packaging to make it look not new (if you wish)

As stated above, shipping rates are better deal for you when your order is large because after the initial 20.00 to 25.00 for the 1st pound it only climbs 2.00 to 4.00 more per pound.

Then click calculate "international postage"
Then click the select a destination (down arrow)
Put in your country, or if you can't then put in our country.

How much things weigh is something you will need to estimate - ask us if you don’t really know.
Remember to add some extra weight for boxing and packaging.

----------Payment: Wire Transfer Info----------
Our bank does not charge a fee to accept incoming wire transfers.
If a fee is charged it was not done so by our bank and it is out of our control.
The fee may come from one of the following:
1) Charged by your bank
2) Charged by a United States bank working with your International bank to convert the currency.
Even if your bank charges you a fee up front to send a wire transfer, there may also be this “invisible conversion fee” that your bank may not mention or even know about, even if you were to ask them.
This fee happens fairly often and then the customer that sent the wire transfer wants to know why and/or doesn’t believe us when we get the payment and tell them that the payment is short  x  many dollars.
So please make sure you are very, very persistent and explicit with your bank so there will be no surprises for either of us.
In most cases the dollar amount that is short is a rounded dollar amount.
For instance: a payment may be short exactly $15.00 or $25.00 or $30.00 when it arrives to our bank.
We have never seen higher than $30.00 short on a $3,500.00 payment.
So the good news is that even if there is a surprise and some of the payment is missing, at least it is a low percentage like only 1% to 1.5%.
If this shortage in funds happens, you will need to send the difference that is missing in some form of payment.
You can pay the difference via paypal, credit card, money order, western union, or another wire transfer.

When you buy something through ebay, we are charged fees.
But if you buy direct we do not pay any ebay fees, so we can discount the price. (Cutting out the middle man) Note: We are still charged paypal fees however but there are ways of avoiding those as well. It can save both of us some additional money. (We can explain this in more detail latter if you wish.)
Here is some information to consider if you are skeptical of doing this…
People are often hesitant to buy outside of ebay for fear that they will get scammed and have no recourse.
The Truth is that it doesn’t matter who or where you buy from. Paypal is the one who is protecting you. If you use paypal to make a transaction and you don’t get what you paid for, they will be the ones to mediate and make sure it is made right. To see for your self what I am talking about go to an item on ebay that you have recently won and click “report a problem” in the next couple steps you will notice that it will take you to your paypal account where you will continue to “report a problem” If you go directly to www.paypa.com and log into your account you will see this same information there. Click the “Resolution Center” link at the top, and on the next page click “report a problem”. So maybe you can start to see for your self that Ebay is only a sales portal – The actual Judge Jury & Executioner is Paypal.
Additional Notes / Comments 1:  You win your stuff in ebay – but you pay for your stuff in paypal – paypal is the backbone – ebay is only a large website.
Additional Notes / Comments 2:  The only recourse you have in ebay is to leave negative feed back, but that doesn’t do you much good when someone ran off with your money, or sent you a pile of junk.
Additional Notes / Comments 3: Figuratively speaking… if ebay and paypal were dogs then it could be said that, “ebay will only bark at you, but paypal will bite you.”

”What is my tracking number” (Include Info Below W/ Tracking Number Info)
The “tracking number” provided is not of much use locating the exact position of your package.
It is not a good number for tracking because www.USPS.com does not have a good tracking system.
But if you don't receive your package by 3 weeks it is a good number to have to give to your customs office.
Also note, the “tracking number / parcel number” we give you may take a couple days to update in the www.USPS.com  system. Again, the tracking information they provide is not very helpful. It is not like www.UPS.com or www.Fedex.com or www.DHL.com. The USPS is not as dependable or predictable as other shippers but it is the only international shipper that offers affordable prices. All other shipper’s prices are hundreds of dollars more than the USPS. It is for this reason that we use them for our shipments.

 


“Where is my item?” (For A First Class International Item - First Message)
Your item has shipped via www.USPS.com First Class International Mail. According to the USPS a package shipped via First Class International Mail may take up to 30 days to receive – sometimes it can take longer, but that is very rare. Please give it some more time but stay in touch and let me know if you still need help after more time has passed.

“Where is my item?” (For Special Case - Only Used For Last Resort)
I’m sorry you Haven' received it yet, I will call www.USPS.com and see if I can figure anything out.
If worst comes to worst, I will file an investigation on the one we shipped you and just send you another.
If the original one we shipped to you ever shows up please send the package back to us, even if you have opened it you can mark "return to sender" on it, and the mailing company will return it to us for free (no charge to you).

Problems / Returns

If you are sending your marker in for warranty / repairs then you should print the transaction details from the paypal payment and send it with your item to the manufacturer.
My best advice is this…
Don't send an item back to the manufacturer.
Figure out what is wrong with it and then tell the manufacturer to send you the parts you need to fix it.
This way you are all the better because…
1.) You will not need to pay for any shipping to send the item back.
2.) You will know the workings of your item much better.
Most items are fixable – it may just need parts.
It is better that you learn your item - learn it’s “in's and out's” - learn how to take care of it and how to fix it.
You are better off to know how to repair your item anyhow because if you run into a situation again then you will know better how to take care of it.
Also you should know that manufacturers are often willing to send repair parts for free.
I may need to talk to them for you but this can usually be arranged. (Just ask me to “go to bat” for you if they are reluctant)
So it is is always much better in the long run to know how to fix it then to just give up and want a new one or a different one.
This is what makes the most sense.
But if you give up and you want to send it back, you will need to send it to the manufacturer.
This is stated in the sale…

Return Policy:
"Covered Under Manufacturers Warranty" - when this is stated in the sale it is because the item for sale is either new, or is LN (Like New) and is guaranteed by the manufacturer.
If you experience any problems with an item stated in the sale to be "Covered Under Manufactures Warranty" then you will need to contact and work with the manufacturer for parts, repair, replacement, etc...

Ebay – Agree To Mutual Withdraw

We will need you to agree to a mutual withdraw in ebay. We will send an unpaid item dispute. Don’t be alarmed or think the worst. We just need you to agree to mutual withdraw from the transaction so we can recover the fees that ebay charged us for the sale. (approximately 10%). Even though you didn’t pay for the item ebay still charges us for supposedly selling it to you. It is a stupid unfair system sometimes but that is how it actually works, in case you didn’t know. Also note, we are not going to hurt your ebay score or put any strikes against you. All we need for you to do is just agree to mutual withdraw from the transaction when we send you the message. It comes in the form of an Unpaid Item Dispute, but if you read closely you can see we are not disputing anything or trying to get you in trouble with ebay. In the message there is an option to “agree to mutual withdraw from the transaction.” Just select that, submit your agreement, and everything is fixed. No hard feelings, no ebay strikes, and all positive feedback. So please accept this agreement when we send it to you so that we don't pay ebay a bunch of money for nothing, and everything will be good. Hope you understand – But if you have a question or concern about what to do when you get the ebay unpaid item message just ask for help.

Unfortunately paypal support is not very mindful of the urgency of this matter, and to the inconvenience it is causing our customers. They say it will be fixed by Fednesday, but I don’t want to get yours, or my expectations to high in case they are not able to help resolve the problems by then.

By the way...
You can also select the send money for "ebay items" button. It will warn you saying "paypal recommends that you use ebay check out to pay for these items" - but if you have much experience with paypal you'll know that it doesn't matter how you pay or send money, (paypal will always protect and side with the buyer more than the seller in a dispute)

Anyhow i would hope that our ebay account is proof enough that we are legitimate, and that this is not just another scam but only a temporary solution until the problem can be corrected.

Here is one idea for a temporary alternative solution that I think will work to make a payment. (Tell me if I am wrong)
--- You can go to paypal.com
--- login in with your username and password
--- then click send money (it is a tab at the top of the page)
--- in that screen enter our other paypal payment address (sales@allstoresunited.com)
--- then enter the amount including shipping
--- then select the goods button
