We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a listing error. (Errors such as: pricing, availability, description, shipping regulations, miscalculations, etc...) Any canceled orders will be refunded. We will also send you a message in ebay to cancel the transaction. Please agree to this request after receiving your refund.
All items are new unless otherwise specified. New items are covered under manufacturer warranty. (See "Return Policy:" below) We do combine shipping on multiple items. When you are done shopping please message and ask us to combine your items and reduce your shipping price. After we adjust your total you can make the payment.

Shipping Info:
Currently we use USPS (United State Postal Service) as our carrier for domestic and international shipments.
If you would like to use a different shipping company we can accommodate your request for a 5.00 fee + shipping.
Most payments take one full business day to process. Items will generally ship the day after payment is received. 
International shipments:
International buyers please understand and know you may experience delays and that you can find more help with customs forms from the USPS, UPS and World Customs Organization sites.  Extra measures may need to be taken and shipping costs may sometimes be greater then calculated. Please be sensitive to this and willing to pay a little extra if needed. Upon request, we may be able to mark you item at a lower value and send it as a gift. International customers also note: We may remove original packaging to reduce shipping costs and minimize the possible problems and/or taxes it may cause you when the package enters your country. If you do not want your original packaging removed please tell us.

Return Policy:
"Covered Under Manufacturers Warranty" - when this is stated in the sale it is because the item for sale is either new, or is "LN" (Like New) and is guaranteed by the manufacturer. If you experience any problems with an item stating in the sale as being "covered under manufactures warranty" then you need to contact the manufacturer for parts, repair, replacement, etc... Please remember, we are simply a reseller. If a new or a like new item "covered under manufacturers warranty" fails to work properly or breaks then the problem needs to be presented to the manufacturer. Please do not be unfair and give negative or neutral feedback to us for something that is the responsibility of the manufacturer. As the saying goes "don't shoot the messenger". We will provide you with manufacturer / company contact information if you need it, and and if the manufacturer is not being helpful or responsive to you then we will communicate with them on your behalf to come to a resolution. Just ask us, & remember, your communication with us is key to resolving all problems. If you want to return an item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please note: Except in special circumstances, your refund will not include the shipping costs to or from you. Only the auction end price is refunded. A restocking fee of 10% or more may also apply depending on the following... If the item is not returned in the same condition as it was sent, if the item is dirty, damaged, or used looking, if the item is incomplete, if the retail box or packaging is missing or damaged, if all include accessories, manuals, paperwork, etc. are missing or damaged. Please communicate with us before returning an item. Be sure to include you name, phone number, and User ID, and email address when returning an item. Purchasing insurance for your package is also a good thing to do when returning your item to us, or the manufacturer / company.
