Condition: Currently not running. A recent previous buyer bought it running and driving from me in December 2010 for 1600.00 and arranged to make payments. We were both aware at the time that the engine was going to need to be rebuilt or replaced because it developed a slight knock. The person that bought it agreed that they would do so when the engine eventually stopped working and I would front the money to buy a good running used engine to put in the Bonneville as long as they did the work. Long story short, when the original engine did finally stop working I bought the replacement engine and the person that bought the vehicle started replacing it in his garage but never finished and they also stopped making payments so now I have the car back in unfinished condition. Unfortunately they stopped making payments and they didn't complete the engine project either. The replacement engine is in the car but not all the motor parts and accessories installed. I honestly don't know well enough to say how close or far it is from being put all the way back together because my experience working on engine stuff is pretty limited. Hopeful you can see in the pictures I took about what more would need to be done to complete it. Overall I guess I'd consider myself fairly technical and mechanically savvy and capable of part pulling and swapping parts but I'm new to the automotive seen and don't have a lot of experience yet, especially with engines. If you have questions chances are I won't have the most satisfying answers but I am open and willing to share any information with you that I have.

*If you would like to "cherry pick" parts off I would be willing to do that.
If someone wants to buy the complete car but some parts have been cherry picked off of it the original price (price complete) will be reduced according to the amount that the part or parts "cherry picked" were worth. If any parts have been "cherry picked" they will be highlighted in red in the parts and price list estimate example below.

Since the prices here are static, if LKQ makes a price change and their price goes up my price will go up to match theirs. Also note, some of the things listed are not available on the vehicle in this sale. For that matter some of the things that are on the vehicle in this sale are not listed or are not priced on the general pricelist below. In those cases we will just "play it by ear".

So there's 3 good reasons why getting it from me is a better deal. (I do need to charge tax)
Here's another good reason why getting it from me is a better deal. If your busy and don't have  a junkyard that's close you won't need to: a.) gather up your tools, b.) use gas driving to the junkyard, c.) unload your tools and check-in, d.) hunt around the yard crossing your fingers and hoping you will find what you need, e.) be lucky to find what you need and take it off, f.) checkout and load your tools backup, g.) use more gas to drive back home, h.) feel unproductive and tired because you spent the better part of your day and energy doing all this to save money on some parts. And still another reason to get it from me is that most junk yards like LKQ won't pull items off for you, and if by chance they do your next battle will be to get them to ship it to you. It surprises me how often you get "no" for an answer and unhelpful and/or unwilling service from these part places. I mean like even waving more money at them to get them to pull what you need doesn't seem to get me anywhere, let along then ask them to ship it too. I guess everyone is just making more money than they need huh?! I've tried this approach and always been brushed off or strung and got no ware. That said so you know I've know your frustration and I won't emulate or perpetuate that which I can see a better way to do. Necessity is the mother of invention, not that what I am doing here is anything new but from my experience it's not common either. I can't possibly be the only person in the world that wants cheaper parts but doesn't have the convenience of time or close proximity to go and pull parts off myself. I guess only time will tell, and the occasional person that reads this and comments.

For any parts that you need me to pull I am asking .25 cents per minute for doing so at a minimum of 4 minutes per item (1.00 per item). You may disregard that if you want multiple items pulled that would be coming off in series anyhow and would not actually take that much time to pull. In case your first thought was that .25 cents per minute seems expensive, it actually only figures out to be $15.00 per hour which is a fair wage for the labor.

In case I didn't clearly make this know yet, yes, I will ship parts to you that you would like me to pull off for you. Also, if you would like me to pull parts off ahead of time for you so that you can just come and pick them up, this I can do as well. (Call to make shipping or pickup arrangements)

I may be willing to let you pull your own parts to save money. This offer is available providing nobody abuses this freedom and takes or breaks things they don't mention or pay for. This is obviously unfair to me but even more so it is unfair to the next person that may drive here to take off what they need and come to find what they were looking for either missing or broken.

If you plan to come and get a part of parts off the vehicle it would be best to call ahead and ask me to check if what you need is in fact still on the vehicle and in good condition.
